Last February while we were in Butuan City, my wife decided to have gave me the replacement of my old New King James Bible. That bible has been with me for almost ten years now and it has been a great help to me spiritually. I considered it as my marked bible because I also used it for Bible Study and preaching.
My wife told me that she is going to buy me two things, a Zondervan NIV Bible and a watch.
My new NIV bible is thin, it is an easy-to-read type and the words of Jesus Christ comes in red. It has a concordance and an eight pages full colored map; it has a red ribbon marker and has a font size of 8.0-point type. The bible is bonded with a beautiful burgundy leather.
We got the bible from PCBS – Philippine Christian Books Store in Butuan City, Philippines. This cost my wife about 1,117 of our Philippine peso, around 25 US Dollars.
I would recommend this to those people who travels a lot. It is very handy and it comes with a box that would fit nicely to a backpack or a small laptop bag.
